Appearance:
Vick stands at about five feet and three inches. He has an adequate build, as well as athletic capability, however he is known for his endurance. As such, his core and leg muscles are more developed that those of up upper body and arms. His har is a messy dark red, so dark it is often mistaken for brown, however if it ever comes in contact with sunlight, the deep red shines appears as crimson as blood, many would say. His eyes are a brilliant blue hue, deeper than the ocean.
Vick wears his emotions all over his face and is easily read. He tends to speak his mind before thinking things out, as such, his facial expressions are blunt and obvious of just how he is feeling, however a goofy grin finds its place on his face more often than the others.
Vick wears a casual black tight fitting tank with a black zip-up track jacket decorated with red and white pinstripes going up each sleeve and terminating at the collar. Lastly, a pair of rough, dark denim jeans fall over his pair of dirty, scuffed up white boots (similar in appearance to Trunks') with black decorations on the toe and heel. One final feature which sets him apart from most others, is the appearance of a tail, which he often wraps around his waist to have it appear as a belt. the tail is the same color as his hair, a deep crimson. though it is an incredibly rare feature and the source of much critisim and turmoil, Vick loves his tail and would never dream of removing it.
Personality:
Optimistic and warm hearted, Vick is always considerate of other's safety, more so than his own. He does not think very quickly however, and often finds himself in more trouble than he can handle on his own. Also a result of his slow thought process, he will speak before thinking, which often leads to him bringing up touchy or sensitive subjects without knowing it, or even being incredibly blunt in the most sensitive of situations.
Bio:
Vick was born in the much dirtier sides of town. Unknown to himself, or anyone else, the Saiyan gene has been passed down his family's blood for years, however has been "watered down" and pushed back with all the human blood through the generations. However, as all rarities come about, Vick was born with a tail, similar to that of a monkey. His parents were not sure why or what this meant. When asked if they wanted it removed, Vick's mother refused. she has always argued that her son was "perfectly normal. Not a single thing wrong."
He picked up his mother's kindness, and naivity, as well as his Fathers huger for adventure. Growing up, he often wandered through the darker side of town, lost for hours before finally being picked up and returned home at some late hour of the night with a wide grin on his face, oblivious to his mother's worry.
One day, word traveled to the oppressors, of the boy born with a tail. Many questioned whether the boy was truly something to be worried about. When one of the higher-ups caught wind of the boy's existence, he ordered a small side job, sending a few low level fighters to dispatch of the whole family.
Luckily, Vick was not home that night. You can imagine his torment when he returned home to find that small, run down shanty burned to the ground, hearing his mother's screams. He wandered the streets for a few days longer, refusing to adhere to his gut growling for food and longing for sleep. Finally he passed out due to exhaustion.
Days later, he woke in the home of an old man who refused to give Vick his name. Vick told the man his story, about his thirst to avenge his family, the blind rage he felt towards the oppressors which dealt him the injustice. The man refused to let him go without accepting some sort of training. After explaining to the boy that he was a Martial artist without any students, Vick accepted the man's training. He bonded closely with the man in the short two months they spent together as Master and Student. Not long before Vick could complete his training, the master passed on, peacefully in his sleep. But Vick could never forget the old man's passive, peaceful nature and hope-filled dreams of a shining future. Vick buried his master in the ashes of his former home.
And So Vick has lived within the small home in which his master lived, training dilligently for the day he could prove himself and avenge his family. Waiting patiently for that day when he might rise to the challenge before him.
Interesting quirks:
When nervous, Vick will scratch the back of his neck and let out a loud, awkward laugh.
Vick is very messy and very clumsy when intimidated/nervous.
Techniques:
"Tough stuff" - In high stress moments, or other points in which exceptional focus or other performance is demanded, Vick always seems to exceed expectations in the fact that his ki seems to grow as the situtation demands it.
Ki blast "energy Ball" - This ability is very much a fluke, in that he can only do it when in a high stress situation. He is able to form his Ki into the palm of his hand in the form of a blue sphere of energy which he can fire. He can also fire a pair of much weaker shots in quick succession if the need arises.
Halo field: The final technique his master never taught him, though the technique is written on parchment and hidden within the house.
Vick forms spheres of his ki in his two index fingers and holds them out in front of him, he then moves his arms in semicircle movements to draw out a complete circle which forms a ring of Ki out in front of him. this ring can be used as an attack in itself. However Vick later learns that through firing a blast through this ring, the strength of that blast is multiplied several times.
Warp: An extremely high speed movement technique. in forming a Halo Field on his back, Vick is able to move at super speeds however not as fast as Goku's instant transmission.
