Before my high school started (I'm now in Year 12; the last year!), my mum when and got some shopping. To my surprize, she also got me a pair of pants (they were too small for me), two pairs of shorts (they fit me perfectly) and a calendar.
But this was no ordinary calendar; this was a gothic calendar filled with living skeletons, deadly dragons and evil fairies...

I had a look through it and I found that on the bottom of the calendar, there was a little picture of a person and some facts about them. As I read the words, I realized that I knew these people from history that I picked up from when I was a little girl (I was a very bright little girl).
If you don't know them and their cruel and wicked history, then go study them if you're interested. Okay, here come the names and a little about themselves:
Elizabeth Bathory: She tortured and killed hundreds of young girls in the hopeful belief that bathing in their blood would grant her eternal youth.
Vlad the Impaler: Vlad III Tepes' or Vlad the Impaler would slowly impale his enemies and mostly his own native people. Dracula was based off of him.
Ghengis Khan: Ghengis Knan was the leader of the Mongolian Army and starting the invasion of China.
Jack the Ripper: An unidentified serial killer in the Whitechapel area, in the year 1888. The name was given from a letter sent to the Cental News Agency by someone claiming to by the killer. A movie was based off of Jack the Ripper and his horribly cruel killings called 'From Hell'.
