I got to go see a play last night! It was called Ma Rainey's Black Bottom at the Beck Center in Lakewood for Black History Month. It was funny, serious, and sad. One of the main characters died. TT _ TT
My friend went with me and, during the intermission, pointed out "We're the only kids in the audience." It was sorta an adult play.
Ah, well.

But that play has imfluenced me! It was about blues music, so guess what I've been doing...
Yeah, I've been writing blues music. It's actually pretty easy. You can just channel your complaints and make a song about it! (It doesn't even have to rhyme, in you do it right!)
A while ago my younger brother and I wrote a blues song called "I Missed the Bus". It was supposed to be funny, and my mom just laughed and said we needed some work.
So I've been working on a new piece called "How do you expect me to love you?". If you are one of my close friends, you could kinda guess what it's about.

I've been celebrating my Religion lately!
I'm Darwinian, as I think I posted earlier, and my mom and I have been celebrating Charles Darwin's 200th Birthday. Happy Birthday Darwin!
