Kitsalyn Lotaus
Name: Kitsalyn Lotaus
Height/weight/frame: 5'10" 165 lbs athletic build, toned.
Species: Dragon [spends excessive amounts of time in a drago-humanoid form]

Identifying characteristics: While in human form she constantly wears an eye patch over her left eye, though the eye beneath it is quite intact. It is more a symbol of her persona as a drago-human. Blue[of various darker tones], Red[think rubies or blood that has been spread out a little] and gold. Clothing is based entirely around the outfit of the avi/reference character.

Personality: Kitsalyn is a good-natured being with a tom boy like attitude. She is an explorer at heart and is always trying new things to enjoy the experiences that the world has to offer.

She's a dragon that prefers to stay in human shape and enjoys the ocean and lifestyle of a pirate. It proved a fantastic way to grow her hoard, which expanded exponentially over hundreds of years of piracy, even at the cost of splitting some of the loot with her various, more gifted crews.

The constant travel aboard her ship, the Fallen Monarch, brought her to numerous lands, each varying so greatly in culture, art and tradition that stops in port were something to be treasured in her very being...what examples she could not load aboard her ship. She went ashore at every port they stopped at to observe and partake in whatever events she could.

Through the years her mortal crew passed away or retired to a simpler life on land, to be replaced by new recruits found at one port or another and were taught the ways of the Monarch. Kitsalyn Would not tolerate thieves among her crew; though thieves they were themselves, however, honor among thieves was a policy she treated rather literally; dishonor your shipmates, lose the right to live. Even those who thought they got away with their theft would appear to vanish, regardless of where it occurred. The loyal members of the crew knew what it meant, though fresh recruits were left to puzzle it out on their own.

The ship itself was a larger version of a frigate and was augmented by Kitsalyn's own shed scales, offering it nearly impenetrable armor against cannory. These augmentations also helped to lend the ship its name due to their coloring and organized placement, causing it to sometimes gleam like a gold crown set with rubies and sapphires.
