When replying to me or any other moderator, hell, any user, please remember the following.
Keep the previous conversation in the PM. Don't send just your reply, keep the quoted conversation.
Trust me, I hate it (and so do other mods) when you reply and don't quote the reply. I send out a lot of PMs in a day for one reason or another, and when I just get a reply without context it takes a while to catch up what's going on.
There's no need to wipe the entire quotes, for the love of everything good and sweet keep them there!
Another lovely bit of information from Leo. Think about the most replies and pm's you send or receive in a day from other users, then multiply that by...lets say 10 or more. Mod's see an incredible number or pm's and not all of us are blessed with memories capable of maintaining so many conversations at once!
Yes it might get to be a huge pm but it really does make a difference to use when we're trying to resolve something for you.
