WOO HOO!!!!
A place where I put all the roleplays I do.
War
What would have been a clear, peaceful, full moon, and stary night had been interrupted be the exploding bombs, repeating gun shoots, and the screams and shouts of the men yelling around her and out for her help amongst the trees and shrubs. She was a medic for her platoon. Anieda ran to one of the guys who had been screaming out in pain and began to treat him quickly on the spot, trying to avoid the bullets that flew by as she worked on his leg. He had been shot in his leg; it wouldn't have been to bad if he wasn't shot in the major artery that ran down in the thigh. She tore open his pants and began to put quick stop powder on his wound to stop or slow down the blood, then placed a large pad on his leg and wrapped it around. "Get him out of here! Get him to base!" She shouted out as she ran back with the two men that dragged the wounded man behind. This was what most her night had consisted of, jumping from man to man making sure everything was okay and treating their wounds. Telling them everything is fine, giving the reassurance that they would be okay. The fighting finally stopped for a bit so she was able to take note of what all she really needed or was getting low on.

When the jeep came to pick up the last wounded man she hoped in to get some supplies that she was running low on or ran out of that night. The jeep right was bumpy as usual but once the got to the town she made sure that the wounded got where they needed to in the small school that they where using as an aid station. After seeing that the man got to his destination she checked up on the others that where sent here a while ago. One or two of them didn't make it.

Unusual as it was for her to be out in the heat of battle and on the battle grounds with the men, it was fine and she got no complaints. Plus she was needed, the others that she was replacing had been killed for one reason or another, and the actual replacements were taking to long to come in. It wasn't odd to have a medic die because he was helping out a com rad. No she has seen one who threw himself on top of his man as a grenade came in, he was killed but the guy under him survived. Besides she managed to make this company home, the men helped her out and viewed her as one of them, and not just a woman. The unit that she was put in had been given orders to keep the enemy held back from the line, and even try to push them back if they could. It had been a month since she got here, two for them. The conditions where terrible, cold, snowy and damp, trench foot being common amongst the men, their food didn't stay warm for long and the liquid didn't take long to freeze up. It was do-able, so long as you kept your mind off it.
