James Logan McCoy was born to Leona McCoy and Jason McCoy on a warm spring day in April. James is a skilled duelist and a gifted wizard and potions maker. Since he was a mere 12 years old his mother Leona has trained him in the art of Occlumency while his father would train him in Legilimency. James has a hot spot for American actress Megan Fox of whom his entire room is littered with posters. James enjoys reading books about old wizard legends. His favorite story that he ever read was The Tale of the Three brothers by Beetle the Bard. James has never been in trouble in all 5 of his previous years at Hogwarts and has always maintained high marks in his classes,which may be the reason he has never been in trouble. It is well known that James is a quick, brave, and extremely bold young man at times challenging even what the teacher says. James' wand is made of Holly, it is 14 inches long and its core is thestral hair. He also has a black cat named Salem that accompanies him as his pet.
