~The Worlds of Perseption~
People are so diffrent. There are no two people alike. And all people have their own thoughts, their own feeligs, and their own life.
Resently, you might have heard that I am trying to better understand people. I have been trying to form the bonds of true friendship that I have been so afraid to face. I'll tell you now that the road is long and full of challenges.
The first thing I have come to realize about people is that they all have thoughts, ideas, and dreams. These things are contained in the center of their minds in a seperate world from anyone elses. Even two people who may seem very similar have a diffrent world they live in. They are the Worlds of Perseption.
Think of it like this: Something that may seem completely normal to you may seem like an alien concept to another. This is because of a persons individual world of perseption. The way someone sees something will allways differ from the way they interpret it. Thus, everyone has their own take on the same thing. Their worlds are all diffrent.
As I have explained earlier, their is no entrance into another persons world. Thus people can never fully understand each other. This is not to say that people cannot relate, it just means that you can't hope to know that person entirely. I bet you have seen for yourself how people you have known for years can still suprise you with what they say.
When people are born, I beleive that their worlds are small. But as they mature, it can grow smaller or larger based on that persons outlook. I'll admit that my own world has been small through-out most of my life. I've allways had trouble understanding other people and their actions. This has caused my world to become distant to that of others. Gradually I felt more and more detached from everthing until I could not stand people because I could not relate to them.
Things are diffrent now.
Now I have looked to new horizons, now I realize that only by atempting to enter other worlds can we expand our own. I value other worlds now because it makes you appreciate your own more.
There are many people, many worlds, but we all share the same earth, sea and sky~

P.S. : Sorry if I feel like stalker-ish or something to you, comming from your forums to your journals and such. I don't normally post on journals, in fact I don't remember the last time I did, but reading your journals makes not commenting hard to avoid.
