My opinion - I motherf**king love Strapping Young Lad. Ever since I heard Wrongside, I've been hooked on these guys. Some of their stuff can be just plain heavy, up to ten minutes of pure chaos with little bits of melody thrown in, and some of it can be heavy and symphonic at the same time, but nearly everything they do is greatness. I would particularly recommend Love? as one of their best songs. Check 'em out, these guys get a four in my book. cheese_whine cheese_whine cheese_whine cheese_whine

GWAR - Love 'em or hate 'em (and believe us when we tell you that there are plenty of fans who do both), GWAR has stood the test of time to prove their worth as one of the underground's most enduring and endearing units. Fake blood. Elaborate costumes. GWAR shows are just about the most fun you can have at a concert while keeping your clothes on.
Latest release - Lust in Space (2009)
My opinion - I fear for the future with a band like this running around. I mean, these guys have been around for a long time, and they just get worse and worse with every passing day. I've always hated GWAR, and that's not going to change, although their appearance on the Joan Rivers Show and their song [******** an Animal are pretty funny. But still, those two things are not enough to redeem them of an entire career of pure vulgarity (and not even a good kind of vulgarity, as oxymoronic as that may sound). These people get one, and that's because I can't put a negative number of emotes for my rating. burning_eyes
