So... the Haberdasher is beyond pissed... and I mean angry, not drunk off my arse here. There used to be a time when my coworkers and I were a well-oiled machine, when we got things done and everything ran smoothly... yeah, not so much anymore. Why is it so hard to find decent employees? I know that there are people out there who are desperate for work, people with great work ethics who will actually do things right the first time, so why the hell do we keep getting inept people who just want a paycheck without actually doing anything to earn it??

I just don't get why I'm not considered management anymore when I'm still doing all the management duties. WTF, man.

If the MTL position comes up again, I'm going for it. Or trying for it, anyways. stare
