My energy channeling up till now has been pretty unstructured, very open, not really with a shape or form, but rather thrust unceremoniously , with the intent of banishing. I went and did some research on runes, and am now going to try and channel my energy into those instead, visualizing each with a purpose, with it's element, to form a much more potent version of my energy, with a clear intent, to get things done. I'm hoping that this will improve my ability to channel energy, and now that i have a clear idea of what to do with it, be able to help people. But that step is far off. i refuse to experiment on anybody but myself unless i am 100% certain it will not harm them in any way, shape or form, or i have their express permission, and they know full well that something could go terribly wrong. Which brings me back to my original stance. No experimentation on others unless there is no harm done. Now the problem is, hiding it from my parents, and finding time to practice without other people around. I'm still not sure what the extent or my power is, or if the residual energy could attach itself to somebody and affect them negatively. So many questions, so little answers. I may finally be onto something.
