Personality: Jovial. Won't usually pass up a chance to prank someone. 70% of the time will pickpocket out of habit, always returns whatever he took right away. Has been known to break into snooty people's homes and rearrange their furniture. (this cannot be proved)

Extras: Roux always wears two rings, one band, and one stud in both ears, as well as a brown leather watch on his left wrist. He is 228 years old, no one knows why/how. Tully calls him Gramps but won't provide a reason. He has a variety of Purple sunglasses.

Personality: Quiet, Bored Even. Tully was raised to believe that a man's job was to provide for his family, marry well, and go off to war when his country called. Now, almost 90 years later, it's the 21st Century and he's pretty much given up on those ideals. Now He works at his sister's Cafe and and surfs when he's not out running errands or spending time with his Gal.
Family: Khimi Chan (Sister?), Lucky "Legit" Montgumry ( Father ), Roux Du Pont ( Grandfather? ), Luka Frane ( Girlfriend ), Realin Young ( Niece?)
Extras: Tully has three noticeable scars: A Crescent shaped one on his Left Eyebrow, a stitched one on the left side of his nick and a large Sharkbite on the majority of his torso. (Also on the Left). He Always wears a little Barbell type earring on his left ear (Put in through the lobe and midear). His Ears are a bit on the long side and are pointed. His hair is Naturally blue. His eyes were originally brown but he returned from WWII with Pinkish-red ones with slitted pupils. There is no explanation.
