Sasha's Fancy Fruit Dip
*2 ounces of softened cream cheese
*1/3 c. of marshmallow cream topping (Doesn't work with regular marshmallows... Sorry!)
*1 1/2 tsp. of orange juice
*1/4 tsp. of grated orange peel
*fruit of choice (preferable Strawberries or Bananas)
Yield: 3/4 cup
1.In a small mixing bowl and using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until soft.
2.Add marshmallow cream and continue beating until smooth. Every so often stop the mixer to scrape the sides so that it is mixed well.
3.Grate orange peel and measure the amount needed. (Small grate is preferred.)
4.Add the juice and stir.
5. Store in refrigerate until needed or take fruit of choice and dip.
6. Enjoy!
