My Biggest Weakness

If you've been to a job interview, you may have been asked this question - "Whats your biggest weakness?" ...usually people say something along the lines of "Oh, I work too hard." or "I'm too nice." Well. Actually. I am too nice. I'm constantly thinking about how I could help others and make them happy. (Note, I'm not like this online though. I say my mind here)
What are the consequences of being too nice? People walk all over you and expect you to always be the one to help them. Another consequence is attracting weirdos. I've been in this course at University for nearly 5months now and I've made lots of friends. But theres one guy who really really creeps me out.
I'll refer to him as Fred. (Thats not his real name). Fred is the type of boy who isn't very smart, quite slow and not nice on the eyes. The first week at University I tried to sit with different people in every class to get to know a wide variety of people. The first time I met Fred, he was sitting in class on a cushion...yes...weird I know, he had just had an operation on his 'tailbone'. He has to carry a laptop with him to class because his hand writing is so terrible, yet he always goes out of his way to sign his and mine name on the register, without asking me first...Hes constantly talking to me during class when the lecturer is giving a presentation, copying my notes (sometimes he actually picks up my notepad and reads it while I'm trying to take notes), always lying about things, talks about gross things such as "I'm on medication for my bowels".... and wipes his snotty nose against his jumper and then asks if he could borrow a pen...and then takes the one im using before I reply...I've thrown away 5 pens so far...
Today was a bad day...
Little productive Cho only had 1 lecturer today, 9-10am, brilliant! So I plan out a nice little work schedule for the day and get to work in the library! I got myself seated in a nice spot, in the silent zone, next to a window with the nice warm sun beaming through it. As I opened up my textbook I hear someone saying "Hello." Pulling the textbook away from my eyes, I pray to god its not who I think it is...well it was...Fred...
In the SILENT zone of the library, Fred decides to pull up a chair, and phyiscally take the computers mouse from my hand and check his facebook. Laughing loudly at what his 'friends' *cough* victims *cough* status updates were, I could feel the glares coming from pissed off students....staring right at me and him...I ask him politely how long he was staying around for and he said "Oh until 1, then I've got a train to catch", I glance at my watch, its only 10:40am..I try to suggest he gets his own computer, which he does...but then after hes logged on, finds his way back to my desk and still browses the internet on my computer...Oh and eating a packet of cheese and onion crisps (Note: These stink and the only noises that I could hear besides his heavy breathing was the sound of crunching and sloppy salvia....we're not allowed to eat in the silent zone.) .After suffering till 12:15pm, I couldn't take it anymore, I grab the nearest textbook and take it out on loan before nearly running out of the library in sheer terror at the thought of spending another second with this creep.
So in conclusion, I really need to learn to tell people to do the following: leave me alone, shut the hell up and don't eat stinky cheese and onion crisps in my face!
Eugh!
Sad thing is, tomorrow it starts all over again...Oh and I got the wrong textbook.
