Suicidal Impulse and Young Love

In Shakespeare's play, Romeo and Juliet were young lovers. However, their parents were enemies, so their love was a secret. The suicidal impulses that Romeo and Juliet exhibit, when faced with problems, relates to the overall theme of young love. Romeo and Juliet, young lovers in Shakespeare's play, were rash and emotional.
Romeo and Juliet were too rash in decisions and choices. A day after they met, they decided to get married. Couples should truly know each other before getting married. In addition, as soon as Romeo heard Juliet was dead, suicide was his solution; he did not wait to talk to Friar Lawrence about the problem at hand. If Romeo did talk to Friar Lawrence, that would have prevented Romeo and Juliet's death. Young lovers are too rash.
Furthermore, young lovers are too emotional,. If Romeo and Juliet weren't so emotional, they would not have taken their loves. When Juliet found out about Romeo's banishment, she was horrified and depressed, so she wanted to kill herself. When Romeo thought Juliet was dead, he was grief stricken and killed himself. Therefore, being emotional might lead to suicide.
