Blahblah blah
Winchester Fan-Fic Chapter 1
The room was pitch black, my hands infront of me, blocking me from hitting any walls with my face. The room was quiet too, but not silent. The walls couldn't stop the noises from the outside world. There were cars driving past the building about a few yards away. But they wouldn't see the building, it was covered in vines and leafage that blended with the forest surrounding it.
I searched along the walls, looking for a door. Still listening for the thing that drug me here and left me. Finally I sat down, finding no door knob or window. I hugged my knees to my chest and began to think about my life. No boyfriend, no job, failure at school work and black sheep of the family. It wasn't my fault I loved the creepy and supernatural. Even in this room, I felt fear and at home. "If I get out of here! I am beating that monsters a**!" I cursed in a low murmur.
The room got quiet again, this time a noise came from the other side of the room, probably in the other room or something. I scurried over to the other side, banging my head against the wall in the process. My ear pressed against the wall I heard a faint. "Hello? Anyone here?" The voice sounded like a man, rough and concerned. I began banging on the wall screaming as loud as I could. "Yes! I'm in here!" My screams becoming hysteric sobs. I cried for the fact that some one had finally found me. After two days, I was no longer going to be trapped. The voice got closer, and suddenly part of the wall came slamming down. It was the door, I noticed the inside knob had been taken off. The light burned my eyes a bit and I had to shield my eyes. "Hello?" The voice said, it belonged to a boy with shaggy brown hair and a puppy dog face. Behind him was another with a serious face and short spiked hair. He held a gun and examined the area. I stood up wobbly and worn out. "It's not here." I said to the serious one.
The Shaggy one nodded and moved to help me, wrapping one arm around my waist and puting my arm around his shoulders, we began walking from the building. "Des, I know this may be hard. But do you know where the monster is?" The Shaggy one asked. "No, it left a few minutes ago..." I said slightly shocked that he knew my name. Once we were to the door leading out, I began to walk on my own. "Who are you?" I asked curiously. "Well, Dean and I have been looking for you. Your parents gave us your name." The Shaggy one said. Dean smiled some and kicked the door open before walking out gun pointed. "And you are?" I asked. "Sam." Sam introduced walking next to me.
"What was that thing?" I asked glancing back at the building. "It was a ghoul. They feast on dead people...Guess this one wanted something fresher." Dean answered glancing around cautiously. I starred at him in disbelief. "Didn't seem like a ghoul." I thought to myself. Sam lead me to their car and put me in the back seat, himself in the passenger seat, and Dean driving. "Aren't we going to kill it?" I asked leaning forward.
"We? What's this we business. Sam and I will kill it tomorrow night. You will stay home." Dean said roaring the engine to life. I slouched back against the seat. "It kidnapped me! There is no way in hell, I'm not getting some pay back on that Son of a b***h." I said with anger. Dean chuckled and shrugged his shoulders. "Des, you gotta understand its dangerous. Dean and I have been doing this for years. You don't know what else is out there. Things could get dangerous." Sam said turning around to look at me. I didn't match his gaze, I just starred into the rearview mirror watching Dean's eyes. He seemed reluctant.
"I know kick boxing, I can shoot a gun! I am not useless. The thing caught me off guard while I was walking home. That's it, so don't tell me its too dangerous." I said my temper rising.
"Listen here, Missy. If you want to help you have to prove you can be useful. I won't be rescuing some damned kid again." Dean said looking at me from the mirror."I'm not a kid! I'm eighteen!" I said in my defense. But no one heard. "DEAN!" Sam said in a harsh whisper. "We can't let her go. Its insane." Sam protested. Dean shrugged and focused on the road. "She wants to go. I'm not stopping her, she has spirit...Maybe she will survive." Dean said with a shrug glancing at Sam. Sam glanced back at me as I listened to the arguement. "Then what? She will be involved in this life style...We can't allow that." He said with a sigh. Dean tensed up. "Maybe she wants to be in this lifestyle...Its a shitty one but some people like this stuff. Not everyone was forced into it like us." He said in a low tone. Sam exhaled sharpely and glanced at me before sinking back into the seat.
The car got quiet, the tension seeping out the windows. "Does that mean I can help?" I asked hopefully. Sam sighed in defeat. "Its a rough life, Des. You might not like it...Are you sure?" He asked. I nodded feeling giddier than ever. "Then welcome to the team Dessy!" Dean said with a chuckle. I felt so happy that I actually hugged Dean and kissed his cheek. After that I hugged Sam and fell back into the back seat, smiling like an idiot. Dean watched me from the rearview mirror, a idiot smile on his face.
Dean drove us to my house, where I snuck in and grabbed my clothes and a few personal things, then we headed to the hotel. At the Hotel I sat on Sam's bed, studying one of the guns they had left to clean. I set it on the table and began doing the job myself. Making sure every part was clean and in the right condition. Sam had headed out to do some local research, Dean sat on his bed eating a hamburger. I glanced over at him. " That stuff's not for you if you eat to much." I said still working on the gun. Dean looked up and shrugged taking another bite. "What doesn't kill you--" "Only makes you stronger." I finished looking up and smiling at him. Dean smiled back and set the burger down before looking at me. "So Des, If you don't mind me asking. Cause I still am. Why do you wanna be apart of this?" He asked. I set the gun down, now finished and sighed. "I'm an outsider, I love Supernatural stuff and Hunting monsters...I can't describe the feeling but when I was in that room thinking about what monster it could have been and how I could have escaped. My blood was pumping and I felt alive." I explained with a half smile. Dean stood up and grunted. "Well, you sure do have more of an excitement for it than Sammy." He said before walking to the bathroom. I laughed alittle and moved to the other bed. I climbed on it and snuggled up. My long blonde hair splayed all over the pillow as I cuddled up. I closed my eyes and began drifting. The last thing I saw that night was Dean pulling a blanket over me.

The next day, I woke up grogging and sore. My arms felt like noodles and my legs worse. Everything from last night felt like a dream. But it wasn't, I wasn't in my bed. I was in the hotel room, and the weapons and clues of Sam and Dean were everywhere. "Morning Sleepy head." Dean greeted with a smile. Sam had the same akward smile, like he didn't approve of my involvment with the case. But I didn't care, I could tell that part of him liked having some one new around. "Morning." I said with a yawn. Dean took a drink of a beer and offered me a donut. I took it and began nibbling on it, as I sat indian style on the bed. "So what's the plan?" I asked with a mouth full of donut. Sam tried not to laugh at my chipmunk cheeks and glanced at his laptop. "Well, Ghouls usually have a place to stay. A dark place, close to dead people. The only cemetry in this down is on Morning Chester Drive. So I guess we have to go explore that area." He said running his hands through his hair.
"Wasn't that where the building was?" I asked
"Yep." Dean answered taking another drink before sitting down. I sighed and finished my donut before standing up and taking my bag of clothes to the bathroom. I pulled out a pair of jeans, my grey tank top, and Maroon Jacket. I turned on the faucet and began washing my face and brushing my teeth. Afterwards I got dressed and exited the bathroom. "Then lets go." I said with an ambitious smile. Dean smiled back, thrilled by my ethusasim. Sam however seemed hesitant. "I have to win him over." I thought to myself. I sighed and ran a brush through my hair before throwing it on the bed and following Dean and Sam out.
In the back seat of the Impala I waited for someone to talk as we drove. Sam seemed distant, he starred off into the town along the rode. Dean wasn't as uptight, he tapped his hands on the wheel along to the old rock song playing. I however was scrunched up in the back hiding from anyone that might recognize me. "What are you doing?" Dean asked checking me in the mirror. "Hiding...Its better everyone thinks I'm dead. That way my identity is erased completely and it will be easier for me to travel with you." I said in a hushed tone. Dean and Sam looked at each other then at me. Both of them had one eyebrow raised in curiousity. "How'd you think of something so clever?" Dean asked. I shrugged. "I thought you knew that was an easier way. That's why I snuck home." I said. Dean chuckled some and Sam reached over and changed the music. "Hey!" Dean huffed. Sam looked at him with a -don't start today- expression and Dean turned back to the rode. I tried to hide a laugh.
As the Impala pulled up to the building, my heart turned to stone and goosebumps covered my arms. "You okay?" Sam asked Climbing out of the car. I nodded, and climbed out behind the seat. "Just a little nervous. But I am good." I assured. Sam examined my expression before nodding and moving behind the car. Dean had the hood popped and was grabbed guns. He tossed a COLT 1911 A1 .45 caliber, standard with 7-round magazine capacity at me. I caught it with both hands and held it close. "Don't loose it. Its your only protection." He said with a wink and a smirk. I gulped and tried not to shake while holding the gun.
This was my first time actually hunting monsters. I felt scared, but impowered at the same time. My mind raced with the senerios of what could happen. A idiot smile appeared on my face as all my worries melted away, being replaced by adrenaline.
