The playground at my school had me coming up with a lot of ideas. The first thing that gave a lot of imagination juice was a large dent in the hill. It wasn't just a small dent, it was large enough to fit a car in. Diagonally. Anyway, a lotof kids used to hang out there. If you couldn't get in the ditch, you weren't amazing. If you couldn't get anything to do in the ditch, you weren't amazing. If you could find something to do in the ditch and you were in it, you are like a god among elementary kids. Well, until you reach the 2nd grade, that is. Anyway, we used to throw sand and stuff in the ditch. Other than that, we always pretended to have super powers. I remember fire being the most wanted. Everyone wanted to be the Red Ranger. Everyone wanted a Agumon. Everyone wanted to be fire something. I did, too. But now it changed. Imagination also took its turn when we found a large rock. We always thought it was a dinosaur egg, even though that would be impossible for it to survive all these years without hatching. Anyway, one day, one of my friends, forgot who, decided to take the "egg" and bring it to the classroom. When he tried to and the teachers didn't allow for him to bring it inside the class room, he yelled, "YOU'RE MAKING THE DINO BABY SICKER SICK!" Doesn't make since now, when I think about it. My imagination doesn't stop in elementary, though. Everyday, I always have my imagination. Whether it's a dream about my greatest fantasy, or just everyday thoughts, I have it. I hope everyone still does.
