"There's several guards posted up front, the upper balconies, and those flying ones." She explained. "There's also several patrolling the perimeter at all times."
"So how do you suggest we get in." I asked.
"Oh that's easy. Where Sevilen won't expect." A grin spread across her face. I didn't like that grin. It was the grin of something I was not going to like. "We're going in the front door."
"How?" I hissed.
wink "Leave that to me. You just stay here and stay out of sight." She said. Before I could protest, she was gone. I watched her from around the corner and found my mouth gaping at what I saw. eek
She soared through the air, her hunting knife in hand. The robots looked up at her startled and reached out to grab her. She twisted in the air avoiding their persistence and sliced them open with her surprisingly strong hunting knife. It slashed open a head while severing another's leg. She made short work of the 12 guards that were up front. She motioned for me to come. I did, nervously.
We each took a door and shoved them wide open. Inside was the familiar sight of hot metal and burning liquid. "Kitty," I said, "hide." She gave me a questioned look. I gave her a reassuring nod and she was gone. If we were going to do this, we were going to make it look good.
