I overslept. I was scheduled for the day shift at Raccoon City. I should have been more careful and not have drunk so much. I guess the only thing to do is get ready and show up late.
It’s weird; Raccoon City looks like it has been abandoned. In the middle of the street, there is a body on the ground. I went to go inspect it, and the next thing I knew was these people were attacking me, and my bullets wouldn’t stop them… they were like the walking dead. I managed to escape from those zombies, and met up with a woman, Claire Redfield. She was looking for her brother, Chris.
We decided to go to the RPD headquarters to seek refuge. However, on our way there, the police car we were going in was destroyed (stupid zombie…) and we were separated, but we decided to meet up at the police station.
We met up at the station, but we were looking for separate ways out, and Claire was looking for a little girl. While I was in the garage, I met another woman, Ada Wong; she was looking for her boyfriend John, and this man, Ben, who might know something.
Ada and I went into the sewers below the precinct, and there was another woman there, Annette Birkin. She was shooting at Ada, and she was almost hit, but I took the bullet instead. Ada left after the woman, but I soon followed. I found Ada again and she removed the bullet from me. There was a secret passage in the sewer that led us to a machine that would take us to one of Umbrella’s labs. Ada was wounded by a claw, and the train stopped. I looked for a way to get it to start, and the train kept moving, I had to find away to get to the lab. I met Annette, and she told me that Ada was a spy; I didn’t want to believe it.
I got to the platform to the train, but Ada was not there. I had to find Ada.
While exploring the underground lab, this Tyrant, Mr. X, found me again, and he tries to kill me, and I seemed stuck, and I just might have died. Ada was there and shot him in the back, but then she is attacked and was mortally wounded. Ada told me the truth about everything. We kiss, and Ada “dies.”
I have to keep moving, Claire is waiting for me, somewhere down here. The Tyrant was not dead as I thought it was… (Damn). In the shadows, there is a voice, just like Ada’s and she throws me a rocket launcher to defeat the mutated Tyrant. The Tyrant is defeated and I am reunited with Claire, and the little girl Sherry Birkin. We escape on a secret railway, but there was another mutant on the train. I am locked outside of the conductor’s cabin and must find another way to stop the train. I climb the top of the train and find Sherry in the conductor’s car looking for the button to push, and I tell her. We get off the train and meet up with Claire, who was under the train getting away from the monster. We run out and escape the self-destruct sequence.
Our mission, to take out Umbrella.
But, I can’t help but to wonder, what happened to Ada…
