2011 Update #1
It's been over a year since I have been on this site. Everything is so different. The past is over, and the future is all that stands. To catch up on over a year worth of knowledge would take far to long. So I will only say the major differences.
I'm still single, but I am no longer sad about it. My personal legend (which is another word for destiny) is to travel for a while. A relationship would compromise it. I am planning on joining the peace corps within the next year. Then I will truly be free. I will be able to see.
I have learned that friendships are relationships though. Just not physical. My love for my best friend is as strong as any tidal wave. Instead of just working out together, we now live with each other. He will be leaving for the peace corps about 8 months before I do, but as always, I will be right behind him.
About my weight you ask? Well, I'm very close to my old goal (which was 200lbs if you can not remember). At the time of writing this, I am around 220. It has been a long and hard journey, and I know that it will never truly be over. My new goal is to get to 185lbs. I'm hoping on getting to 200 by the end of summer. I plan on surprising my best friend again.
The final part. Religion. I was once closed, but now I am open. I believe in a philosophy I named Momentai. It means, "You cannot control the wind, so be as the seagull." I believe that God is in everything, and everywhere. I do not tie him to a book, or a name anymore. That is why I call him "God".
I don't know when I will be back on to update, nor do I really expect anyone to even read this. My online friends have most likely moved on with their lives and do not even remember me. But if you do, I hope you all are doing well and that you guys read this.
I once said that I hope that we would meet without ever knowing we met each other. Now I say, perhaps we have.
