Well now I'm spending many a happy day leveling and stocking up in Triet Desert. I know that place like the back of my hand now. How I ever managed to get myself lost there in the first place, I will never know. I firmly decided to get to level 20 before I took on Ktugach, and my group knows such a wide range of spells! (Genis is very fond of using Stalagmite, and Lloyd loves using Tempest. I have him on semi-auto cause I'm no good otherwise.)
Everyone's at level 17 now, and I've got as many healing items stocked up as possible. It means I have lots of extra gald, which is delightful. emotion_c8
Difficulty with sidewinders and scorpions is a thing of the past! And the bandits...ooh I just love fighting them. They're so easy. I've gone back to the grasslands multiple times so I don't fall out of practice fighting wolves, hawks, and those demonic bunnies. I HATE THE RABBITS!!! I was killed by one in Iselia forest, so long ago. Now they must all die, creepy red-eyed rodents...
