Another update, sklee!
I figured that if I could get Sylph, I could get Efreet as well. And get the Spirit of Fire I did. mrgreen BUT BEFORE THAT, I went back to Ossa Trail and into the mines. You guys remember that one of the Underworld monsters is there right? (Or maybe there's just the one and he crops up in Toize Valley Mine when I get there, I don't know.) ANYWAY, I went and took him on after being assured that lvl 50+ was a suitable level at which to fight him...
Oh you should have seen me. -snickers- I was scared witless and jumping in, Kratos and Lloyd were both taking a beating. Raine cast Photon and dealt a heavy blow, thus leading to us both figuring out that light magic was the best weapon against the giant creepy skeleton. I ordered her to use Ray, but she never got the chance. xd Kratos leapt in and landed quite the finishing blow. The whole battle only took 20 seconds.
So the heck with reaching level 60! If I can get Efreet and beat the Undeworld monster so early, I can take on Remiel, Kratos, and maybe even Ygg! (Despite knowing that it's literally impossible to defeat the latter. I'd feel proud if I could make it the full 2 minutes.) Everyone but Sheena is at level 53, I went through the Hima cutscenes and conversations (much fun) and tonight I go to the Tower!! -throws hands in the air-
