Ada Wong

In Resident Evil 6, Ada Wong returns and is one of the game's antagonists. It appears Ada has decimated Chris Redfield's BSAA unit in an event before the game. Resident Evil 4’s shadowy operative Ada Wong is back to taunt Leon and Chris while working behind the scenes to make life difficult for everyone. Last seen double crossing Wesker at the end of Resident Evil 4, Ada is working for another, secretive group that has yet to be revealed. Ada refers to the C-Virus, which is spawning all of the J’avo zombies.

Neo-Umbrella
Ada Wong is working with President Adams' defence advisor in causing global bioterrorism events. The most likely goal is to somehow create, as Chris described, a 'neo-Umbrella'. Chris wants to bring her down, but Leon wants to bring her so she can testify to prove his innocence.

Carla Radames
Carla Radames is the possible name of Ada Wong's clone. On a leaked character list for Resident Evil 6 it listed Ada Wong but also Carla Radames as her clone. The leak was from back in January and most of the names on it have been true so far such as Jake Muller being Wesker's son, Sherry Birkin returning, and Piers Nivans when almost everyone still believed his name was Beards Nevence. New information from the E3 trailer shows evidence that Carla Radames will indeed be in Resident Evil 6. The file that Ada Wong was looking at shows a picture of a blonde woman with the name Carla Radames. It is possible that Carla was used as a test subject to create a clone of Ada. Speculations are that the woman in blue is Carla and the one in red is Ada. Look at the photo below for proof.
