Tonight's lesson is as followed Exercise Three main types of ki attacks.
First up exercise: Mix it it up a little. The human body is amazingly resilient. So if put through the same thing long enough it will adapt and get use to it surprisingly quick just like with any sickness or poison. Practice moves you would like to do one day regardless of how stupid it looks. If you practice long enough you'll develop your own technique for executing a move...(Me and wolf would jump off a down tree in our backyard almost every other day, when young. It wasn't that high but the pain in my legs would go further away each day.) Variety works.. If you don't move on to another move then you will become deformed and become good at that one move. Unable to transition to another move or adapt. In My type of training it doesn't really matter what you eat.. I kinda make up for it by training and burning it all off. (kinda have to do a lot of cardio, like a lot.) That pretty much the basics for exercising. Oh and don't forget the breathing exercises they work too. The most important thing there is. If You exercise and you are not breaking a sweat then you're not doing it right. Every time you exercise you have to break a sweat.
Three types of ki moves. These types of fighting styles are just improvements on what you do in a normal fight. What is Ki? Ki is your inner energy. It has many names, Will power, energy, spirit, inner power and so on. I'm just going with m favorite word for it "ki"
First one is what I call "Territory" (some people call it foresight, or reading minds or even prediction of the future.) I call it territory, Basically you ever wonder how you knew someone was in your room even though there was nothing out of place or moved but you still knew. You ever wonder why children are scared of certain people in mask but not of other people wearing the same mask. People use this technique more when they are children, but like many other things growing up they forget how to use it. My hypothesis is that this advance art is a expanding of your own magnetic energy field. Like how people know when someone is hovering a finger above their face even though they are blindfolded(sixth sense). The same thing can be applied to personal belongings so it's only natural for something that's personal like a room, car, or in my case "sword" has your left over energy mark. So you'll automatically feel the difference if someone has touched something of yours. Using it in a fight is pretty much the same as if a person was directly in front of you hovering a finger in your face. How to do it is simple, but hard. Just imagine a bubble around you and everything within that bubble belongs to you. Almost like a sonar thats using a sixth sense. So when they throw a punch you can almost feel it coming as if they are punching through water.
Second is "impact energy" Well your old, I'm sure you've been in some case when you thought you couldn't do something or you knew you couldn't do something. But push came to shove your mind went blank and you did it. Same thing can and is applied in most karate Dojos. You see people braking breaks and boards and walking on nails and hot coal. You take the energy thats in you and use it as a weapon or shield (you always wonder how people are unharmed when they block a bat, or when they have a scratch when their should be a huge scar.). Just imaged your spirit or you telling your body to through a stronger punch or block this attack. In short it's not your body thats doing the attacking or blocking it's your spirit.
Third I like to call "Intimidation" There is no real way to do this you just have to practice.. Everyone has done it once in their life. A strange silence come over everyone in the room when you are angry, Or someone backing off when they hear the seriousness in your words. You crying even though by all rights you shouldn't, but it's not the words it's what you feel in them. Think of it as you transmitting your will through words. In all you can build this up to a point you can make entire rooms full of people go silent....... Lol I made this journal about 3 months ago.
