Part 1
The day was an abnormally warm and nice day for early spring, the village was used to a much colder, snowy day. However, none was going to pass up having fun or clean and air out their cooped up homes. Dust was flying from the open windows and doors while kids run wild through the streets laughing with glee. The men drank, rode their horses, started new projects or simply went hunting. The women cleaned, shopped or mended cloths outdoors whilst gossiping to their friends.

It was a happy day as everyone was in such an amazing mood from being cooped up all winter long. Getting up from her sitting spot a girl with unusual stormy purple eyes ran through the streets with fear painted on her face and a little bit of blood coming from the left corner of her mouth. Bumping into some men she clung to them “RUN!” catching her breath she ran off and the men turned to protect her from what came around the corner. A hen. A simple white hen pecking at the ground then looked at the two men, clucked and walked off unamused by them holding their knives out. “Huh?” they looked at each other then shrugged walking off not realizing they were a few pounds lighter.

“Suckers…” she smiled to herself and wiped the bit of blood away while putting her tongue against the tiny cut she inflicted to get the desired effect. However, the village was small enough that she kept running into the men, luckily she saw them first so she could hide but she knew her luck was dying quickly. Especially when she overheard them trying to buy something and realizing their pouches were missing. “Crap…” she looked around and found some men running out of a building “If they’re running out it must be a brawl, again, no one would expect me to go in.” nodding she headed in wondering if this was such a great idea from the look on the faces.

Getting in and around the corner she relaxed on the man made cave wall and sighed as she felt safe but continued in when there was no music, no talking, no laughing, no clatter of glasses, and no drunk singing. “For a naughty bar, this place is…” no chair was in sitting order, the tables looked like they never were assembled and the stage with the women would dance or sing had holes in it “…dead?” Just then there was a loud bang and the floor just in front of her and when she opened her eyes there was a large…thing in front of her with a monster of a man on it’s back. The best way to describe it was a crab human deamon thing. Build it like a centaur but crab body instead of horse and there you go. A crabtaur. She almost lost her s**t over it. With a cuss and thrust the head flew off, pegged her in the face and there was an explosion of blood everywhere, covering her from head to toe.

Shaken from what she just saw, the girl nearly snap, things like this do not exist. Why was this here, did she accidentally eat the wrong mushrooms or lick one of those massive toads? Just as the man came in and grabbed her from behind, the blood had faded from her. “CAUGHT YOU! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK YOU THIEF!” “NO! YOU DIDN’T NOTICE FOR 15 MINUTES AND ITS MINE!” As the struggle went on they were stopped mid quarrel as the big man screamed in pain and his leg fell off cracked like a clay pot and shattered to dust.

“The…hell?” they stopped moving and stared at the man’s leg from knee down grew back. “You’re the one from the Myst Mountains…” the girl looked up at the guy then back at the big man standing up. “WHO ARE YOU…WHAT ARE YOU!” The scared guy holding the girl as a meat shield shouted out.

“What…do I…look like to you?” he said in an odd voice that was 100% not human. Digging at his eye he walked forward and brought the brown eyeball down and held it out to them “What…do I…look like to you…?”
