In short, I want a faun working on a knitting project while leaning up against a tree in the forest. I will be using it as my public Facebook cover page.
The details:
My page is called Happy Faun Knits, and, as you can probably guess, I want my "mascot" to be a faun - a happy one! My vision is of a cute and content faun leaning up against a tree with some knitting in her hands. Nearby are some forest critters like deer and squirrels, just going about their business. The faun in mind is female, but even a gender-neutral faun would be neat. She has long, wild, brown hair from which her pointy, tufted ears stick out.
I want it to be wide enough to fit comfortably as a Facebook cover picture.
As for colors, I would like it to be calming and yet lit up (think natural sunlight coming through the trees). Things like cream and soft brown are my favorites. I don't really want big, white, empty spaces, but that doesn't mean it has to be overly busy.
This picture has the type of lighting I like.
I also really like these as a whole: one, two, the Peacable Kingdom stuff, and the style of Where the Wild Things Are.

It is important to me that this is not a goofy logo. I want somewhat playful with a semi-professional vibe.
If this sounds like something you'd have fun working on, please link or message me some samples to see if we are compatible! =]
