Anyway....... May 17... tomorrow is the anniversary of my nephew's passing. He died last year. Can't help thinking about him... as I do nearly every day. He would be 5 now.
I can appreciate life for what it is because of knowing this kid.
He was born into the world deaf, blind, paralyzed, couldn't swallow, smile, talk or do anything but just be the innocent boy he was. He depended on everyone to do everything for him except for breathing.
Not sure why such children are born into the world... medical advances and technology? God? I don't know the answer, but I am a better person having had him in it.
