As the title says. Procrastinated a lot in the morning but managed to slap together finished slides & speech by the end of the work day, probably thanks to me working overtime on the weekend. worth tho. did a practice run on the new PEY, feeling ok. hopefully my coworker accepts it.
besides that, forced myself outside to clock 6k steps even though i wasn't feeling great. might have to break that going outside streak for a bit, but eh, points. didn't cave and buy any food though, good sign!
