Recent Poem
Life Be A Pencil Case

Life is like a pencil case,
With colours of your wildest imagination.
Pencils, rulers, erasers, and pens
To bend and break lifes' past relations.

A pencil, so dainty and content;
Light but dark, and some how dark but light.
The two sided person, the friendly liar.
Sending you artificial fright.

A pen, the unforgiving disaster.
Just waiting to fall and loose its' ink.
Once there, there's no going back.
Something so suprising it occurs within a wink.

The eraser, the kindest patch of hope,
But seems to be picky of who to serve.
Maybe it has reason...
Perhaps life has taken a heartbreaking curve.

A ruler, the insecurity in you.
Never bending its' path, afraid of what they think.
The secret, shy prefectionist
That's loosing its' social link.

Now you know just who you are.
Not pencils, rulers, erasers or pens.
You are the pencil case:
The safe holder of your emotions. [ee-mot-iens]
