I have just returned from school and boy am I exhausted. It's a conspiracy to warp the minds of inoccent*cough* children.
I barly made it out with my mind intact.
Today I shall go into a more indepth look at my Anime obsession. For starters my favourite Anime are currently Get Backers, HunterXHunter, Hellsing, Saiyuki and I suppose there are a few other as well.
For quite some time Get Backers was my all time fav, simply because of one of the characters. Akabane Kuroudo, is so cool, it's scary. He's also the guy in my sig and profile.
The first one is Akabane weapons out and challenging boy genius MakubeX to a fight. They never end up fighting though, shame. The second pic is from the episode where Ginji is hospitalised and Akabane shows up with a basket or fruit for him as a get well present. Akabane uses his scalpels to cut up one of the apples and feed it to Ginji. AKabane is fun to write for in fanfiction cause, he can throw out such lewd and suggestive jokes calmly, scare the wits out of everyone present and not appear out of character.
He's definatly one of my all time fav characters.
But recently my eyes have turned on a more interesting Anime character. Hisoka from HunterXHunter is too cool for words.
The first one is Hisoka in his usual dress. The second one is a screencap of him right after he's got out of the shower. He's hair is still wet and he doesn't have his makeup on.
He's a fun character to write for in fanfiction cause he doesn't have a set personality. He can be serious, calm, psychotic, excited, chibi, funny and silly. So as long as the context is right he can do anything.
He and Akabane are alike in several ways.
1. They both love to fight/kill people.
2. They both fight with sharp objects. Akabane-scalpels and Hisoka-playingcard knives
3. They're both really strong.
4. They're both creepy in several senses.
5. They both take their shirts off and some point in their respective Anime.
6. They are both obsessed with their respective good natured, sweet, caring, lovable, maincharacter. Akabane-Ginji and Hisoka-Gon
7. They on several occasions rescue/help their respective main character so they can fight them at a later date.
8. Both respective main characters wear shorts razz
9. Both respective main characters are afraid of them.
10. Although technically villans, neither are properly 'defeated' at the end of their respective series. Hisoka remains undefeated and Akabane though beaten by both Ginji and Ban, returns to be creepy and mysterious in the closing credits of the final episode.
I think they're both great and cool and all sort of other things. As Bisuke said 'what wonderful eye candy.'
