"Eia?" Hands felt at Eia's forehead, then recoiling back as they felt the heat ratiating from her. "Eia, what wrong?" She lay there, gasping or air, her eyes slowly going out of focus, sweat dripping off her nose to splash on the rocks under her. Slowly, she slipped into darkness.
The other sorceressess and sorcerers shook her, trying to wake her, but Seria seated herself. She closed her eyes and gathered her magic.

"Where am I?" These words echoed throughout the dark room, though it seemed to have no end. Eia sighed as she fell in slow motion. "Where?" she repeated, trying to grab something to stop her falling.
Then a light walked out towards her. She closed her eyes against the bright light, raising a hand to stop the light from entering her pupils. 'Yesss... Don't look at the light.... Never ssssee the lightsss of the world....' a voice hissed from within Eia.
The light formed a hand, and reached out towards Eia. "Don't be afraid." It seemed to say, though no words were spoken. Eia gingerly opened one eye and lowered her arm slightly. 'Nooo! The light musst not be sseen!' The voice richoted inside Eia violently, throwing her backwards.
Still, the light walked towards her again, and reached out that hand. This happened three more times, then Eia reached out her own hand. The vioce continued attaking Eia's inside, but finally she grasped the light's hand. Slowly the light dimmed, and a person was standing there.
Eia's vision began to fade than. The person was woman, she could tell. It reminded her of Seria. 'A dream..' she thought. 'For that is Seria's domain. But why is she doing this?' She continued to hold Seria's hand, and slowly staggered up. Seria smiled slightly. "Because.... You are dying, and I need to know how to save you. A dream world can black out the pain of your body, so we can find the cure.""I'm DYING?!" Seria nodded, and began leading her away from the blackness. Still, the hissing vioce lay inside Eia, growling. "Where are you taking me?" "Your soul. "Oh, oka-MY SOUL?! Man, you keep surprising me..." Eia sighed, shaking her head slightly. "It's a living."
After a while, they reached a door, opened in, and stepped inside. "This is what my soul looks like from inside, eh?" "Are you enjoying your stay here?" "Well, I'd feel better if I wasn't dying, but..." "Let's just go.""Fine with me. Er... go where?""We need to find the snake thing that bit you.""Didn't it die when it hit the ground?" "No. It must have somehow transferred it's soul into your own." "So I have two souls inside me right now?" Seria nodded. "Great... Just.. great..." She sighed, then clapped her hands together. "Well, we'd better get started now. I'll take this area, you can take that area." She smiled, then began to walk off. Suddenly she got jerked back, slammed into Seria, and they both fell to the ground. Quickly they got up, and Seria placed her hand on Eia's shoulder. "Sorry, but you can't leave my sight while we're in here. If I lose you, then you might just never leave!" Eia stared at her for a few seconds, then sighed. "Alright... Let's go!" They began walking off, glancing everywhere for something out of the ordinary.
Finally, they saw it. The twisting ribbon of black, writhing around the ground, prodding for weak spots. "You!" Eia growled at it, and lunged, just missing it. Seria shook her head. "Let me handle it. I can do more here." She spoke some magical words, and a long sword, made from magic appeared. She slashed at the ribbon, slicing it in two.
But it did not die. THe two peices came at her, twisting around her legs. She continued hacking at them, but only creating more. "Damn it!" She slowly sank to her knees, covered completly by the ribbons.
"Seria!" Eia got up, running at the pile of black. One of the ribbons sprouted teeth, and grinned. It slowly made it's way down the pile, and sank the teeth into the ground. Eia gasped and clutched at her heart. She sank to the ground, gasping. "My soul... Damn..."
More ribbons sprouted teeth and bit into the ground. Eia began screaming. Pain rose in her vioce, slowly waking Seria up. 'Crap... I tried to enter her soul to set things right, but I just made a mess of things.... They probably seeped poison into her soul to lure me in here, then create more of them... But...there's noting I can do... I'm trapped.. Seria winced as another scream peirced the air. Softly, she spoke a few words, and an explosion ripped the ribbons off her. She looked around. One thing can save her... Though it's a huge risk... Seria walked out to a certain spot. "just a risk we'll have to take." She created another spell sword and looked at the ground. A ribbon was there, right down there. Seria rasied the sword.
And stabbed it downwards, ripping into the ribbon, and into the ground of Eia's soul. Eia screamed again, practically ripping her overshirt off, her fingers were clutching so tightly in pain.
But a light shone from the ground where Seria's sword rested. It became brighter and brighter, destroying the ribbons, and then it condensed into an orb. Slowly it made it's way back to Eia, who was still gasping and clutching her shirt.
The orb split in two. One shot into Eia, and the walls and ground around her closed up, leaving only slight marks, scars in her soul.
The other brought the magic sword Seria had made into it. A lash of light, and the Sword of the Ground hovered in front of Eia. Shaking, she reached out to grab the hilt, and as soon as her fingers touched the brown leather, she woke up.
