I mentioned to my dad that David wants to ask him something... and that I forgot what it was. As I left the breakfast table my brother jokingly said "he wants to ask for Christina's hand in marraige"

David had made reservations that day to a restaurant called The Heart in Hand and I was getting my hair done. Meanwhile David gets to my house so I get home and he was there already with my dad so I get dressed for I knew I was also going to a church service afterwards... that was when David asked my dad if he could marry me...

Then we go to the restaurant and through out the course of the meal we noticed there were a lot of kids in the restaurant. We went to the car I was in the car and I hear him sounding a little disgruntled, I couldn't make out what he was saying at the time but it was "I shoulda asked her doh!" I asked him "what happened something wrong?" he says "oh.. nothing"

Then we went to the Reston Town Center there was a big Christmas Tree there and we decided to get a closer look at it... he then pointed out "gee I dunno there are to many people out here" then I realized what he was up to 0.0;
"oh no oh no oh no oh no.." I said... as it felt like a roller coaster climbing to the top before the big drop.

He went down on one knee and asked "Christina, Will you marry me? "
I said, "I do! I mean I will"

We went home and I should my mom the ring. I also told my brother saying "my hand feels kind of itchy" revealing the ring. We celibrated by having a toast with eggnogg along with some congratulations.

After that he called his mom x.x, she pratically shouted on the phone with joy poor David had to keep the phone away from his ear for a bit. She then went rambling on about my calling her mother and grandkids X.X

Then we decided to have a quiet sit for a bit in the living room, my mom took a picture of us there with the engagement ring and everything.

Before we knew it, it was time to go to the Christmas church service and David is in the choir ^^ he he, he has such a beautiful voice. We got there an hour early where I showed of the ring and congratulations echoed round. The rest of his family came and we were both hiding from his mom a little he he sweatdrop They gave me a Christmas present.

The service was pretty good there was a choir a bell choir, a trumpet player and a flute player.
After the service was over I found purse and pointed it out to David. The girl glomped David thinking he found it I pouted and said "no credit" she heard me and glomped me to. She happened to be a friend of the family's and was told that David is now engaged to yours truly then she went whee uber emotional congratulating us.

Then looking at my watch I realized it was midnight Christmas so I decided to open the present and found a hat he he. I love it it looks really good he he.

After a few mor congratulations from the priests and friends, we went home this would be a Christmas I'll never forget.
