Florida's trip has been somewhat a blast, I guess.. But there have, of course, been things that've either depressed me or made me wish I was back in Iowa. ALL IN ALL I can't wait to return...
however, I bear the burden of secrets that I may never tell my family.. I feel stuck, as one should say. I mean, who wouldn't if they were at the point of "if you tell, you---"
My cousins...
not only that, but there is my mother who longs for this house. I'm afraid when they move my family might be the next to inhabit this particular house. I do not want to.
They say that you WANT to go there if you've heard about it, but the 'moving' would only be if the long was great.
Further along if you actually go visit the place you wish to move to, you'll become accustomed and even increase your love for that place.
In that particular case, they move to the place after seeing the good views of it. I bet I'm speaking greek to you, but if you know where I'm coming from then you can only guess what that means.
If my mother comes to love this place so very greatly, it'll come to the conclusion..
that I may be moving sooner than I think.
I hope not, and shall continue to think I'll be stuck in Iowa for another year or so. HOPEFULLY.
Anyway- Florida's great. The sun's strong, not many rainy days... But that's if there's no hurricanes and such. The house is by the beach and I've practically got burnt every time.
As of now- I'm burnt to the point where I can't move, and I wanna go outside- BUUUT..
I'm afraid the plane ride back home will be HELL.
I guess I'll fill you in. There's Sebastian Inlet, and let me tell you, having a manatee come from behind you is STARTLING. I mean, I turned while in the water and there's this THING that is HUUUUGE.. bigger than me, right behind me. And it's like floating, and it nudged my ankle so it's like HOLY HELL!
... and not to mention the cute dolphins. They have quite a show to play when you see them. Then my aunt and uncle and cousin made me rock jump to the edge where I sat really close to pelicans and it was like WOOAH because this fisherman threw his little fishy bait at the pelican and it caught it like it was his pet and was tame. REALLY awesome. Little crabs and such and barnacles at my feet. -shudder-
BUUT. then we drove to this beach.. and much to my dismay, it's home to TONS AND TONS of hermit crabs. OHMIGOSH. -breath-
so many.. my mom has plans to take them all back home with us... Oh gosh..
I guess i'll just be giving them out to my friends. Hope they don't mind. T___T
Then we went on this boat to eat dinner and it was awesome cause like we could see dead sharks and fish be pulled in and there was live performances.. and the disney cruise ship passed us by. Quite awesome if you ask me. =D
Cape Canaveral was AWESOME. Just staring up at that huge rocket- the Atlantis, is like.. WOAAH. and the beach and the shops and the view is just AMAZING.
so anyway, back at the house. We run into baby lizards, gecko's, and REALLY HUGE FREAKING SPIDERS down here like ALOT. Palm Trees and a cool breeze and... RICH AND HUGE FREAKING HOUSES..
this resort we passed- just to get like a 3 bedroom by beach and stuff?
HALF A MILLION BUCKS. WOAAH T___T
The ice cream shops are good, reaaaally good. <3 love shrimp and love it all. =D
At the beach there's of course high tide and low tide and I love high tide better but when it's high tide you can't swim cause of the sharks and stuff.
it's scary to see a fin poke out like not even 10 feet away from you o___o but it's thrilling nonetheless. Swimming in the ocean is really awesome too. I kept getting tumbled over by waves and it was SCARY to try and surf.. Lemme tell ya, I've got ZERO balance. and it's not funny. X___X
So, there's alot more to say, but I don't know what else to put. Just comment if you have anything to ask. =3
