When will i have a day,
where things go my way?
Today, i failed my youngest sister,
my closest friend...

Last week we heard about Zak,
may his young soul rest in peace.
My sister found out today,
as she punched in for work...

I do not feel sadness,
as others often do.
I do not weep, or cry,
as i watched my sister do...

All i can do is sit there,
dumbfounded by the thought.
That here i knew all along,
but i had totally forgot...

This is another skill that i have learned,
through many trial and error.
That i consul people through,
their toil, troubles, and terror...

It has been awhile since i have actually cried,
it was when you turned and walked away, for the second time.
For i knew in my heart that there was,
no hope for me, in the dark side....

I do not shed a tear,
for those that have passed away.
For i know down in my soul,
that those are seeing better days...

All i can do is sit here and wait,
for my turn to go.
For i have given up on loving,
the poor souls whose, attention to me, goes...
