My characters name is Neko Cairo, age 14, about 5"9" tall. Here is the beginning of his story.

Neko Cairo lives with a wealthy family living with only his mother (father died) in a small castel next to a the town named ~Fretaga~. Little did he know that his dad's side of the family had a big secret. Cairo never met his father but after an event in town his mother told him that his father was actually the great demon slayer only told in the fairy tales Cairo's mother told him.

The fairy tale goes as Cairo's father being the legendary demon slayer famously known as ~Andente~ but tragically when attempting to slay the devil to finally put an end to everyone's suffering, Andente was beaten and left for dead with a demonic virus leaving him with only a year to live. Knowing this already, Andente searched for a wife to deliver his seed. Andente had suceeded in finding a wife named ~Marya~ and Cairo was born a near day before his fathers death. In Andente's death he left Marya and Cairo everything in his fortune which was spent to give Cairo a great life.

Cairo had figured this out one day while he was pacing in the town Fretaga when out of nowhere a few meaningless thieves robbed a store and feld. Cairo flew into pursuit after them and when he had them cornered they had decided to turn to the offensive and drew their blades. When the charged Cairo the ground suddenly shook and a giant shadow-like demon came up from under the thieves eating them whole. When the demon turned to Cairo he tried to confront it for he knew it as a ~shadow-born~ he heard of in his demonology books.

Thinking he could destroy the demon from the little knowlege he knew, Cairo greatly underestimated this demon and was beaten into an inch of his life. Just before the demon gave the final blow Cairo's body began to spaz and when Cairo next looked his arm had changed into a demonic arm and he could see the demon differently as well.

The demon moved a lot slower but was actually fleeing from Cairo instead, not knowing what his arm did exactly he chased after the demon knowing he fleed b/c of it. Surprisingly Cairo had doubled in speed and athletics so catching the demon was no problem to catch up to. Cairo jumped in front of the demon and with a simple leaping attack he had obliterated the demon.

Afterwards the arm merely vanished, when the townsfolk got there the only thing to be found was the beaten up Cairo lying alseep in the alleyway and the bag of gold the thieves had stolen was sitting there next to him. The town didn't know exactly what happened but were amazed by Cairo just the same.

After Cairo had recovered he told his mother what really happened and she explained to him that the demonic virus in his father had an opposite effect on him. His fathers power was drained the last year he had lived and all of his power instead of going to the devil had landed in Cairo instead.

NOTES ON THE VIRUS:
The demonic virus left in Andente basically drains a human/demon's power and stores it. When the body and soul have no more power to give, the virus kills the body and returns to hell and that power is transferred to the devil, giving him the skill that theperson had. Once its in you it can't be cured, the only thing to do is to give birth to a child who then gets the power that the demonic seed had already taken, this kills the virus but the host's life still depletes. In this case Cairo had gotten 70% of his fathers power and the other 30% was left in his father keeping him alive till Cairo's birth.

With knowing his fathers true story, Cairo has basically become a half-demon ad then decides that he wanted to train and master his newfound power. Knowing that he can't do this where he is now, he leaves for a temple on an small island called ~Enegras~ There he learns more about demonology, demon slaying, and learning his new powers.

POWERS:
In Cairo's half-demon form, his agility and overall power is increased by 70% (what his father gave him.) Along with the arm, Cairo can control fire and can take a surprisingly great amount of pain (like swords stabbed through him and he lives and s**t like that.)
His eye's turn a blood red and makes him see thing differently, slower and he can see ppl through their body heat instead of just their actual body.He can grow black angellic wings to give him flight, these wings are also enchanted and can't be scratched, meaning a cannon couldn't even pierce his wings. The last thing grown is a pair of cat ears which obviously enough heighten his hearing.

After his training ends at the temple he returns home and instead of recieving a welcome, finds his town in shambles. The survivors of the massacre tell him it was the work of great demons. He goes to his home finding nothing but his old maid and discovers his mother was slaughtered, the demon's never took anything but the maid said that they were looking for something. Cairo believes the what they were looking for was him. He takes a few belongings and uses the rest of his family's fortune to re-build the town. Surprisingly enough theres still quite an amout of his riches left. Now waht Cairo plans on doing is searching for thoes demons that killed his mother. The only thing he has found is that the demon who killed his mother had only one wing similar to his own.
