Once Bethany had finished counting, we were off.

"Bethany, I will not make out with you!" I called into the darkness, we were both trying to make people laugh so that we could find them.

"Please Ashley?!"

"No, I say!" We both bebgan to laugh. "Hey, Bethany..Let's split up..Maybe we could find them beter?" I whispered to her and her eyes went wide.

"No, Ashley! Don't leave me alone!" she gasped. I laughed alittle and shoook my head.

"Alright, only for you though, Bethany darling!" I grined.

We then continued our search through the grass and came to a ditch like place and looked down as Matt, Ryan, and Steven all jumped up, saying. "Rawr!" We laughed as they began to run, us closinly following. I took hold of Matt's shirt and poked Ryan in the back.

"Caught em'!" I smiled with pride as Ryan fel to the ground, a look of pain washing over his face. "Hey, are you alright?" Mat and I knelt down next to him as he began to twitch some.

"Damn fire ants are bbiting my bals!" He whined as he winced again, patting down his pants.

"Hey, Bethany! Your boyfriends hurt!" I Caled out as Bethany walked over and put a hand opn Ryan's cheek.

"Hey, are you okay..?" She whispered to him.

"Yea, except for the damn fire ants." He smiled some then winced and let out a sharp breath.

He then stood and we alll walked back to the bonfire.

"Alright, who's it this time?" Bethany asked.

"Ashley and Robert!" Samntha sangout.

"Wha-But..I just went!" I pouted.

"To babd."She smiled and spun me around and marched me over to the house to count. I sighed and looked over at Robet, mutering the wsord 'b***h.' He laughed and began to count.

Once we reached the nunmber 23, we then ran out. I crawled half the way so they wouldn't see me and Robert went the other way. We had them!


I hid myself in some shrubery and just waited while Robert flushed them out. After about two minutes I saw samantha and Jessica running out of the bushed and I waiited, they were clearly comin my way. Once directly infront of me, I tackleld Sam and smiled. "You're it." She laughed then llooked around.

"Hey, where'd JEssica go?" We both looked around then saw her laying on the ground.

"Hey, are you alright?!" We ran over to her and sat beside her.

No response.

"Jessica..?" Smantha said and shook her alittle bit.

"I'm okay! Just let me rest for a minute...."

"What happened?" I asked, llooking worried.

"Just twisted both my ankles..Don't worry..."

Soon everyone had gathered around her and were asking the same question over and ovoer. Jessica was getting agitated. "I'l be fine! Just leave me the ******** alone!"

We nodded and waited. After about ive minutes she stood shakily and hobbled back to the house, the rest of us follwed in silence.
