do I really need a journal title?



ok...heres a lil about me that none of you really know...I have A.D.D...I also have a sleep apnia, and I have an anxiety disorder...last year when I would get anxious or overwhelmed...I use to cut myself...until one day my mom caught me doing it and I felt extremely guilty so I threw away the blade...well now instead of cutting myself I bite my left index finger, and pretty hard...I don't know what to do..I don't want to tell my mom, because she'll take me to the doctor and they'll just give me some pills...and I don't want to be some crazy person addicted to drugs that are suppose to help me!!! I'm scared and I have nowhere else to turn!
