I'm very nervous. I put in an application to work at my favorite bookstore in the mall today. I'm really nervous because the woman who works there (with whom I became friends) told me that they normally don't hire sixteen-year-olds. That really disappointed me, because I really want to work there. I love to read (epsecially manga) and it would be very convient for me to work there. The employee discount wouldn't be too bad either.
I don't think I would be this nervous if I didn't need the money so badly. I only have a little money because I was babysitting last weekend. I still need more money though. I hope my friends and family will understand if they don't get any Christmas presents from me (if they do, the presents will be VERY cheap).
