I suppose I should do one of these for the Holidays too.
Blah... I can't sleep anyway. And I got bloody Green Bird on repeat, envisioning the story line I have planned for my role-play character. It makes me all giddy just to think about it. ^^;;
Anywho, I had a pretty decent X-mas.
I got the
New Super Mario Bros.
Castlevania, Dawn of Sorrow
and Super Princess Peach for the DS,
Bully and FFXII for the PS2,
and a decent chair for my computer.
For movies, I got Harry Potter; atGoF,
Pirates of the Caribbean; DMC
and Edward Scissorhands.
Other than that, just some clothes, a Nickleback CD
and Dad managed to find a flat TV on sale at a Wal-mart down in Florida. XD So I can mount that to save some space in my room.
Which I need to clean desperately.
Sooooo, we can't have holidays with out drama right? Right.
First things first. Sister is on the verge of filing for a divorce. And meh step-sis, the one that used to live in London, messed her back up. Bad. She's due for surgery on the fourth.
On a lighter note, my cousin Landen is doing a better. He's autistic and used to never make eye contact or anything. Hell, two years ago, he saw me and ran away screaming. XD Now, he plays with the other kids and will speak to anyone, not just Uncle Denny.
Near the end of the main get-together, my other cousin, Landen's brother Cody decided he needed to get his work out in for the day to stay in shape for his basketball season. So he ran barefoot on the treadmill, slipped, and his foot got caught on the built and pulled underneath. Well rather, the foot stayed on the edge and a lot of skin got pulled under. /shudder
Dad's side. My cousin' Jason... He used to get high and sing at a bar. Beyond that, he was a chef for a living and not half bad at it. Now... he's devout Pentecostal and sells insurance. o.o;; Chucky's marrying a girl he met at a live minoe-eating contest up in redneck country. My Grandpa's cancer is shrinking from the chemo. They think they might have saved him. If not, they at least gave him a couple more years. Not bad, as his three months would have been up a couple weeks ago otherwise.
Moving away from the holidays...
I've been role-playing again. Both on Anek and AHS. If anyone who reads this would like to try (or has tried and wants to again ::nudge @ Rhi:: ) their hand at forum type role-plays, let me know. Both of those sites need active members.
In the next few days, I have to get a lot of s**t done for the LCIII paper and do the quiz homework for Pre Calc. And hell, it'd be nice to get another post in somewhere in there.
The Secret Santa thing was hard this year and a thanks to whomever got my name. I heart my Aegis sword! It's now just another reason that my Halloween costume may be permanent. XD
