All January long

January 10th was my birthday

Yet it seemed that through out the whole month I've been going to many birthday parties.

The first one took place January 8th it was a triple birthday party/first time to announce it to everyone else that David and I are engaged. The three that we were celebrating were Becky's, Thomas and mine.

I got Final Fantasy 10 from Monica and Joe
A giftcard from Becky (kinda feel bad for not getting her anything or Thomas... sweatdrop )
Tons of lotions and soap and mini dishes from Spencer and Shaune...


Earlier that day David's sister Rachael gave me a couple of b-day presents a Zelda shirt and a reserved copy of The Legend of Zelda:The Minish Cap. I totally glomped her he he

We all had some fun, eating at Pizaria Uno's then go shopping at the mall until it closes.

On January 10th we had a small party just my family and David he he Ice Cream cake yum.

My brother got me The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age
My parents got me a stylish vest
David got me Kingdom Hearts (chain of memories)

Two things happened on the friday the fourteenth. The first was David's mom taking me out birthday shopping with my mom. I felt it aqward having somone else's mom to take me and my mom shopping. I'm sure she ment well though. So, we go to Borders I pick out a calendar that I want , it was the Celine Dion / Anne Geddes(flower baby photographer) Calendar (I love Celine Dion) .
She picked a couple of calendars for herself she looked at the calendar I asked for then said something along the lines of
"too bad there's no art book"
But I had to be knowledgable on the subject and say, "yes there is one"
"Maybe we should look through that" she says
"Look right? Not buy" knowing how expensive artbooks can get, especially when it is done by a pro like Anne Geddes.
We go to the art section I show her the one book... the whole collaboration was called Miracle. She then picks out a bunch of other Anne Geddes books then we found a seat and we looked through them. We talked for a bit while looking through them. Then it was time to go and she said she was going to put them back. She put most of them back... keyword MOST. She decides to buy me the 60.00 Miracle Artbook and calendar and for my mom another Anne Geddes book (her earlier work). I did try to talk her out of getting me the artbook, I felt it was too expensive of a gift. I kept looking at my mom wondering is it okay to accept such an expensive gift? She seemed to say it was ok.

While I was there I decided to pick up a couple of gift cards for a couple friends for another party that evening. A couple of friends and I had some coffee at the Borders cafe (yes the same one I was with David's mother earlier that day). We had a real fun time catching up and exchanged gifts. I got a pink purse xp and even more lotions, which I really like the smell of 3nodding and I gave them a Borders gift card each. I guess we all are running out of ideas this year he he sweatdrop

Well those were all the birthday parties for me x.x but there was one more party...

Joe's all out bash his b-day was 23rd. We had some fun playing DDR singing Karaoke playing SoulCalibur2. It was all great... sigh too bad Ismail was there xp I don't like that guy he just freaks me out in a bad way.
