Okay, this random person asks me if I can hack accounts, and I tell him that I'll report him if he doesn't tell me who he is for encouraging me to break the rules. I've reported him once, and PMed him saying to stop PMing me if he doesn't know me personally. If he PMs me again, should I report him again, or not?
