Have you ever had a close friend or a best friend that has or might commit suicide?
My best friend in the whole world often feels like it, and it scares me.
The first thing i do is try and calm her down, then i try to ring her.... Sometimes its just better to talk to someone about your problems
My sister might have to have angermanagement over because of my parents divorce, and to be honest when i was asked on what to ask her i simply answered with questions a phyciatrist would.
No matter how upsetting something is you should result to self harm or death because ther is always a solution to something!
