I've always had trouble sleeping, but recently nightmares had been added to the mix of make it so I never sleep. My nightmare last night was I had a gun to me head, I was told to lie on the floor and whenever I looked up I was either sitting up and kneeing. The man with the gun kept getting pissed at me, pointed his gun and I woke up. I really want to sleep a full 9 hours at least one night.
