CHAPTER 6:
“Oh it’s so scary”
The angel scanned her glasses framed green eyes around the kingdom of Forelock, she felt quite odd being where she was. Who would blame the girl? The girl was an angel, a full, ‘perfect’ angel. She wore the neutral colors of white and gray. Her hair was short and red framing the shape of her heart shaped face, and her wings were white and gray…and covered in dirt. She held her bow and arrow in full view for everyone to see. Everyone delivered a type of negative energy towards her. “I wonder why everyone looks so angry and depressing?” shortly after saying this she began to whistle away, trotting around her arms swinging and flaring with the tune, “shut up will ya!” an angry man shouted, causing the girl to jump back. “Sorry” she apologized. She stopped whistling and went to humming, as she began to skip. However; she only received death sentencing glares from the kingdom people, almost everyone shouted to her “SHUT UP!” she lowered her head and silently apologized “sorry” the kingdom returned to its work.
She began to sing and cheerfully skipped towards the gates before her wrists were introduced to cold handcuffs. “You’re under arrest for disturbing the peace” spoke the imperial guard that arrested her “but I was only singing” he guided his finger to a sign, where on it was a crossed out music melody “you are also charged for singing in a none music zone.” “Is there anywhere we can make music?” she questioned him, by this point he seemed to be getting annoyed. “No where in Forelock kingdom” the girl frowned and shortly whined “Oh…” the guard pulled out a note pad and a pen from his left pocket and began to write in it. “Whining without a permit, questioning an imperial guard” he sketched. “Can you tell me where the king is?” she questioned him once again. “Questioning a guard” “I’m sorry” the man sighed, “apologizing an imperial guard” “Oh” “Whining without a permit” the angel seemed to be dumbstruck. However; still keeping her peaceful appearance. “Can I do any—“ The guard shook his head and soon placed his notepad and pen back into his pocket, cutting her off from her sentence “Okay, Okay, before you break anymore rules, just come with me.” He ordered his irritation evident by this point, and soon guided the angel that still remained peaceful.
Unaware of the piercing gray eyes that watched the event take place. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ //CRASH, CLICK//
The gates were slammed on the angel, as she sat crossed legged and watched the ceiling as she began to sing, “La, La, La” “SHUT UP!” The Imperial guards shouted, as she whined once again “Oh”, and in the unison they all sighed at once. She stood up and looked at the Imperial guard that watched her cell “I’m sorry, sir” The imperial guard ignored her. “How long will I be in here for?” She questioned him her green eyes looking up at him, looking ever so innocent. The guard looked at her, and smirked “not like it should matter by this point, by all the charges you’ve been placed for about a good 125 years…if not a possible death sentenced” “Oh…” she whined. He glared, before he had a chance to state something another guard and a dashing man with light brown hair and a pale complexion had made their scene. “Release the angel, she’s been bailed” the guard snarled angrily and unlocked the door for the angel, “you’re lucky” “Sorry its my cousin twice removed…don’t blame her for her inconvenience she’s new to Forelock” the guards ignored him and released the angel. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Thank you sir!” The angel stated, as the man that had bailed her out followed, he was no taller that 6, and was quite attractive in the girl’s taste. “It’s nothing, just try not to get in trouble again” he spoke, there was an accent in his voice that nearly made the girl drop to her knees. “My names Joy, Joy Heavenly I am so extremely grateful for your help” she offered her hand, as he shook it “Hoyt MacKinnon” He shook her hand, she was now blushing hysterically at this time. She released his hand, and soon began to giggle childishly, “I’m an angel” she giggled. He nodded “I know that” he retorted. She nodded and soon had realized something she had forgotten “I have to go!” She looked at him “nice meeting you Hoyt! Bye!” without a chance to listen what he had to say she had left, ignoring the farewells that were going to be sent by the man she had just met today.
