Just don't ask about it. xD I had a weird urge, thus I wrote a poem. I bad poem that probably doesn't make any sense to anyone but me. xD
And even if it's a depressing poem... I am not depressed. <.<; It's a story, and the "I" isn't actually based on myself. xD
So... enjoy... if... that's possible. xD
A Night's Daydream - Sakura Lied.
I awake in the night, again I'm alone.
Blankets around me tight, but it's still so cold.
With a single thought, I feel my mind slip.
And I ask myself, "Is this my apocalypse?"
Lost so deeply in thought, so deeply I fall.
It is you that I dream, only you that I call.
With a single soul, trapped in the dark.
This broken feeling, did I feel it from the start?
I wander the night's sky, where will my wings lead me?
My eyes closed to the sight, you told me to believe.
With a single voice, "I love you," it said.
That stopped my breathing, and that's when I bled.
'Cause there I found her, as I float over your heads.
She was in your arms, but her soul was dead.
With a single breath, you watched her fade away.
You didn't say a word, but you had so much to say.
When I open my eyes, I am her once again.
It wasn't a dream, I could still feel the pain.
With a single loss, I knew you were gone.
So I stare at my ceiling, in my blankets where I belong.
How many hours have passed, am I still awake?
Is this the only fate, for a simple heartbreak?
With a single tear, nothing's what it seems.
That empty feeling, from a night's daydream.
