The Screwed Up World of Alyse's Mind (tread carefully)
Yeah, this is my journal. It has a lot of crap in it: bands, movies, video games, crazy crap that happens in my life (and that's a LOT of crap), and various other combinations of stupid and/or crazy things.
Stupid Soccer Coaches!
Time for me to rant about the crappy crapful day I had! Don't worry, this won't happen often. I'm not gonna turn all emo on you and start complaining about how my yogurt container didn't open the right way and I left my spoon at home. It's just that today, so much crappy stuff happened in sequence that it was almost funny!

Okay, first off, my friend Brianna and I were late for practice by about a minute. I'm serious. Practice begins at 2:30 and when we walked up, she said we were late and I checked my watch and it was 2:31.

Then, they divided the team up into two groups: eigth, ninth, and tenth graders on one side and eleventh and twelvth graders on the other (btw, these are tryouts, so none of us are actually on the team yet). I'm a ninth grader, and so I went with my fellow freshman over to the other side of the field. It turns out, we got the goal post with no goal, so we had to get the balls back whenver we kicked them (oh, and I did I mention the FOREST behind the goal post that the balls would go into?). Then, it turns out the Varsity coach didn't even watch us. The Junior Varsity coach instructed us and everything. The other coach never even looked at us, she just assumed that all the younger people sucked. Not that that applies to me (I'm not good enough for Varsity anyway sweatdrop ), but it caused this really loud girl to complain during the entire practice. At one point, while she was still complaining, she said "I've kept my peace for too long" and I laughed. Very loudly. I don't think she could EVER keep her peace about ANYTHING.

So, anyway, back to the story. At another point in the practice, the Varsity coach told us to go to the other side of the field. We were walking there and so she told us to run. We ran there and then she started yelling some inaudible instructions because the wind chose to blow very hard at the moment, and therefore drowning out her voice. After a while, we heard her screaming "Come back" and so we came back her and she gave us a mouthful about how we didn't follow her instructions. She then demands us to run two laps through a course that goes around not only a football field, but a soccer field too.

Then at the end of the practice, my friends and I are forced to run up and down the field about five times cuz we're late. Two of my friends had to stay back to make up a test (they even had notes to give to the coach and everything) and she made them run too! I can just imagine what they're gonna say to their teacher the next time they have to make something up: "Oh yeah, sorry I can't stay here and work on my test, I have to let my grade drop so that I can go to Soccer practice!"

So, I'm thinking nothing could get worse. I was wrong. It turns out that there was a basketball game planned in the gym that no one told us about, and the teams were gonna use our locker rooms. So when we go back to the locker room to get changed back into our non-soccer clothes, we get yelled at by this lady about how "You need to listen when your coach tells you stuff" and "the teams could have thrown away your stuff. We were doing you a favor by taking your stuff out of your locker room and throwing on the groudn outside of teh locker room." Um, HELLO!?!?! No one told us about the game that was going on! But when we told her that, she started saying "I know I told your coach and blah blah blah".

So we get our stuff and get out of there, and I realize I left my shoes in there. I try to go back through the door I went in before, but it's lock. I go to the front and this guy goes "You can't come in here, you need a ticket for the game" and I politely tell him (even though I'm about to kill somebody) that I wasn't going to the game; I was just trying to get to the locker room and get my shoes. After much convincing he lets me through.

So I get my shoes and get outside, and my dad doesn't show up for another half an hour to pick me up, even though I call him about seven times and tell him where I am. He still gets lost.

Well, that was my day. After a while, I stopped being mad and went into insane hysterics. As it says in my profile "You gotta laugh through the chaos of it all".
