i wrote a poem because i was bored just thinking about him. not being with him. he doesn't like me no more. that's the suckish part. the poem is about my entire relationship with him. from beginning to end. i'm talking to him when i say "you"

do you remember that letter i wrote
dropped it in your locker, and watched you unfold the note?
"yes or no?" i asked you that day
you told me "i'll tell you tomorrow" and walked away

My friends ran to me, shouted "he said yes!"
I was jumping for joy, you'd probably guess
We'd walk in the hall together all the time
knowing that forever you'd always be mine.

Do you remember that one PE day
you followed me around and finally say
"where's my hug" with your arms open wide
I wrapped my arms around you, feeling warm inside.

From then on, i got three hugs a day
at the most random times, you'd come and stay
I'd visit you at your locker between each class
we chatted and flirted, trying to make moments last.

Do you remember going to the school's first dance
we did everything together, danced and sang.
You held my hand almost the whole time
walking here, dancing there and in the snack line

We were walking the the hallway one day
around the corner you went the other way
then you turned around and followed me
i noticed you were coming my way, now i see

you wanted another hug right here
and when we did, i whipered in your ear
"I love you" and waited for a reply
"I love you too" you told me, very shy

you smiled at me and then left
hearing those words, i'd never forget

but later that day i heard some news
you hugged and kissed another girl too.
Something was gonna happen, i knew for sure
especially because i was friends with her.

the next couple days, we hung out less
and it basically felt like you had left
"what the heck happened?" i asked myself
I just lost my love to someone else.

Now i know you don't love me no more
this is the end, its different than before
I just wish that you still cared
but now you're in a different pair.

so yeah, Kelsey who likes the "Austyn" poems i write... i gotta get her online to read this because i'm not showing her at school. i lost the paper that i wrote it on.
