A how-to guide to creating your own orochi character D&D style
Orochi
Huge Humanoid (Reptilian, amphibious)
Hit Dice: 5d8 + 17 (43 hp)
Initiative: +1(dex)
Speed: 20 feet, swim 20 feet
AC: 14 (-2 size, +1 dex, +5 natural)
Attacks: Slam +6 melee, tail slap +4 melee , bite +4
Damage: Slam 1d6+ 7, tail slap 1d4+5, bite 1d4 + 5
Face/reach: 10 ft by 5 feet (coiled)/ 5 feet
Special attacks: Psionics, Poison, improved grab, constrict 1d6+7
Special qualities: serpent qualities, danger sense
Saves: Fort +6, Ref +5 Will +8
Abilities: Str 20, Dex 13, Con 19, Int 14, Wis 18, Cha 15
Skills: Concentration +5, Knowledge (psionics) +3, Heal +4
Feats:Iron Will, Power Attack
Serpent qualities:
Poison (ex): Any of the serpents that produce venom can use a full action to coat their weapon with it (while provoking attacks of opportunity), running no risk of poisoning themselves with it. Alternatively during a grapple, they can bite the opponent with a successful grapple check. This bite does damage as well as poison the opponent.
Bite or weapon, Fort save (DC 13); initial and secondary damage 1d4 temporary Con.
Telepathy (ex):Can create a telepathic link with anyone out to 100 feet who has a spoken language
Alternate Form (Su): Any orochi can transform his serpent tail into human-like legs, as if by using the Polymorph self spell. His/her size becomes Medium (regardless of his/her original size) and her speed becomes 30 feet (and loses the swim speed)
Also can transform into any snake of their choice up to their original size including all special and extraordinary attacks and qualities of said serpent.
Changing form in this fashion is a full round action.
Psionic (Su): All orochi use psionics as 4th-level psions using a single scale as focus items.
Combat
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, the orochi must hit with it's slam attack. If it gets a hold, then it may constrict.
Constrict (Ex): A orochi deals 1d6+7 points of damage with a successful grapple check against Large or smaller creatures. It can deal normal or subdual damage as it desires, with no grapple check in either case.
