What Do I Do Now?
I look into the eyes of truth and all I can see
is a faded picture, a memory, of the way I used to be.
My heart has never felt disappointed;
my mind, a million miles away from where it all started.
The sorrow-filled days of my past are gone.
It looks like I've done everything wrong. . . .
I lost so much this past year;
all my future seems to bring is tears.
Where am I going, what should I do?
How will I make it without you?
You were my strength, you were my light.
You were the one who would hold me tight.
My tears flow now like waterfalls.
No more smiles or protective walls.
What did I do to lose you, I really have to know.
You left me one question: what do I do now?
