*SMACK* Kelly was lying on the floor, staring at the white ceiling. Ren was gaping at her with gorgeous, but worried, eyes. They were on the set of All My Gaians. Kelly had won a contest to guest star on the famous show. In the middle of a scene, Kelly, being the clutz that she is, turned around and smacked her face into a pan hanging on the rack in a fake kitchen.
The director, a short, yappy French man, screamed, "Cut! Cut! Kelly, what were you thinking? Gah!" Ren reached out his firm hand, smiled a handsome smile, and lifted Kelly to her dainty feet. She felt like she was in heaven, since it was the first time she had ever even been in personal contact with a celebrity.
After Ren and Kelly had finished their work for the day, Ren called to Kelly, "Hey! Would you like to practice our lines together? I think you need the work..." Kelly's cheeks blushed the color of her hair, a light pink.
"Yeah, I think I do need some work. How about we go down to that ice cream parlor a few blocks from here. I know it's kind of expensive, but I think I could pool together some spare money I've saved," Kelly nervously asked. Ren smiled and nodded. In her mind, Kelly was thinking whether or not this was a first step in a new relationship.
Suddenly, Ren crept his arm around Kelly's shoulder and whispered, "I think this is the first step in a new relationship." This time, it was Kelly who smiled and nodded.
